Residenza Comei consists of four units, one devoted to the common areas (our reception and our restaurant) and three devoted to our 20 independent apartments (each one can lodge 4 people). You can choose whether You prefer Your rooms to open on a garden or on a balcony.
All the apartments consist of the following:

• the entrance with a well equipped coking and dining corner;
• two ample (16 squared meters each room) double bedrooms;
• two bathrooms with shower.

Heating is individual to grant You maximum comfort. All our rooms are well insulated and have a safe and a separate key. Each apartment is completed by two reserved covered parking lots of very easy access thanks to internal stairs. Our Reception is open from 7:00 to 23:00 (spoken languages: Italian, English and German) and offers a wireless internet connection. A convention with a local laundry is available should you need their services. We charge a weekly clearing to long stayers (more than 7 days). Please ask us for details on long stayings.

Eating

“Da Figaro” offers three menues (meat, fish and vegetarian), all based upon typical, fresh, biological products, which are bought directly from the producer whenever it is possible. Some dishes are still prepared “al coccio”, following a secular tradition of our inland. The spectacular “Rossinian cooking” enriches our enogastronomical offer. Truffle is a speciality available all year round.
